Throughout the nine months of pregnancy, you may have a lot of questions. What’s normal? What will labor and delivery be like? How do I parent an infant? It can be overwhelming.
Lifeline offers a prenatal and parenting education program to help answer these questions. The PLANS program focuses on the healthy development of the baby as well as the mother. We even have an education program for fathers called DadLine.
Anyone who is currently pregnant or has a child under age 1 can join the program at no cost. Members learn helpful information by attending weekly one-on-one appointments. We have information on a number of topics related to pregnancy and parenting. The certified nurse or counselor meeting with you can tailor these topics to your specific needs.
As an added bonus, with each lesson you complete, you will earn points to use in our boutique. The boutique is filled with items such as baby clothes, diapers, wipes, blankets, and newborn care products. Points can also be used for bigger items like car seats and baby furniture when available. We have a selection of maternity clothes and items for dads as well.
We also have emergency packs of diapers and other supplies available for new moms in need. These are available for moms who have not yet enrolled in the PLANS program.
Lifeline does not provide or refer for abortions.
